Hello, i have recently created a new domain name and was attempting to use infinity free to host my website. I am looking to get the wordpress application from the Softaculous App Installer but everytime I click on it just times out. I have tried over 20/30 times to no avail. Please help, thank you
I have checked Softaculous from my end but it seems to be working fine from here.
Usually, not being able to access Softaculous is caused by port 2082 (the port for cPanel and Softaculous) being blocked on your network.
Does the official cPanel demo time out for you as well? If so, then you should contact your network administrator to get port 2082 (and 2083) whitelisted.
