It looks like that is down for a maintenace. it should be fixed after some hours.
Now use Softaculous Remote?
Most remote installers won’t work because remote database access and script access to websites is not available. But most scripts try to make it easy to install them by hand to. It’s not quite as easy as Softaculous, but as long as you follow the installation instructions, it’s not terribly hard either.
