The control panel should automatically log your in to Softaculous. If it doesn’t, then something is broken.
Softaculous seems to be down.

Hello, so whenever I try to access to softaculous app installer to install wordpress it redirect me to a login page

I tried to login using the username and password in the link but the error still presists, I also tried to sign out of the control panel and delete the cookies for the control panel domain and scriptinstall.rocks but nothing changed.
I also tried to login using this link : http://sv1.scriptinstall.rocks:2083
