Softaculous can be access on custom port 2082, but on some networks custom ports (such as this one) are blocked. If you’re using a company, school or public network, this is likely what’s going on.
You could try a different network, or use a VPN to bypass this.
Hello, I’m using my home network and I do use a VPN right now. It’s the same error with or without the VPN… Thank you
Check your router/modem to make sure that no ports are blocked, or try using cellular data.
