I am using dial up modem it’s change ip every connections

The session model of Softaculous (and cPanel) mean that tying sessions to IP addresses is absolutely mandatory in order to prevent others from taking over your login session. A lot of security systems work that way.
If your internet connection gets a different IP address for every request, you’re going to see problems like this with a lot of websites and services. Your ISP messed up here, we can’t help you fix that.
