It’s working fine from here.
Please note that Softaculous is accessed through a non standard port 2082 instead of the regular web port. This is fine in most cases, but some cautious network administrators block access to non standard ports for security reasons.
Can you please try to access Softaculous from a different network or VPN?

It works with Opera GX some of the time
How different is the network? Different ISP? Cellular vs. WiFi/cabled? Home, company or school?
