Since July 18 14:00 UTC until July 20 9:00 UTC, Softaculous was down. When trying to access Softaculous from the control panel, you would see the error:
Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry
This issue has been fixed since then by iFastNet. I have not received any details from them as to what the issue was.
