For those who are having problems with database (2002), iFastnet is buggy on the MySQL server and they are already looking for a solution.

Here is the answer from an iFastNet support member:

Hi there,

There is a known hardware issue with your MySQL server which requires replacement parts to be delivered, please allow upto 7 - 10 days for it to be resolved.

Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you.
