SOLVED External Style Sheet

I am using some css and i can’t seem to link it I have used
and they are in the same folder. it is not using it.

I have fixed this issue by putting my style.css in a folder (named css) and doing link rel=“stylesheet” type=“text/css” href=“css/style.css”
