I mean you can search for ‘animated backgrounds’ or ‘animated images’ on any search engine, then put in user cards through setting > preference.

Or hire someone to design one for you either for free or paid.

you need an mp4 video file
preferably as short as possible and to be somewhat loopy
to load quickly

then convert it to an animated gif with some online converter (let it be less than 5MB )

take good care to choose a background that is darker so that the text (white) is clearly visible

then upload your gif here on your profile settings
