We don’t do that. Yes, we do collect information and show ads, but we collect the information to provide a hosting service and the ads are separate.

The home page says over 350k active users, and that figure is accurate.

I think I’ve misunderstand meaning of data farming but that’s exactly what i meant.

I wouldn’t say collecting and processing some personal information necessary to provide a service is data farming. Data farming is gathering as much data as possible for profiling and such.

If anyone collecting data is data farming, then pretty much any website is a data farm, or at least any site with a login system.

It’s one of the first lines of text, which is just above the fold on my 1080p screen. And it has been there for many months.
