SQL hostname DNS isn't found on lookup

Hi all,

I’m trying to connect to my MySQL DB in NodeJS, but the DNS lookup is failing…
On the account page it states it can take up to 72 hours for a ‘new domain name’ to start working, does this include my SQL host name? e.g., sql***.epizy.com.
