try creating a new certificate like what you did 90 days ago, in short, forget the renew button for now

As you can see at the top of the screen:
One of the features that is disabled is the ability to request new SSL certificates. The renew button shouldn’t be available because of that, and that’s an error on our end.
But you still have to re-confirm or update your email address to renew your SSL certificate.
