Click on the SSL certificate that you are trying to install and screenshot again.

Look at the record that it is asking you to add, and look at the record in the control panel. They are not the same.

You need to create the record that the control panel is intructing you to.

Looks good now. Now you just have to wait for DNS propagation, which can take up to 72 hours. You will get an email when the certificate is ready to install.

I have a similar problem to biotechno, but the cname destination is showing as “ready” and had done for the couple of weeks since I did it. But my website shows as not secure in htpps (works fine with http).

Thanks GR that did it. My previous (paid) host did it automatically, so I guess you’ve go to work for the free stuff…
