Hi,
Could you try to use plain FTP?

And basically provide errors or whatever else you’re seeing that prevents you from connecting.

Just as what I thought, you were having trouble verifying to get your free ssl not about ftp.
You can’t get a free ssl from le using web based acme file verification. The security system doesn’t allow automated stuffs to your website.

You can do it using DNS based but requires you to know how to configure your DNS properly.

English isn’t exactly the best, but it gets the point across. This helps a lot, if I could get my 2FA off my Cloudflare account! Thanks! Will keep this bookmarked in-case someone else needs it!
