Hi! I wanted to create a SSL domain, and I filled in the CNAME record. It said it was good, and I requested a certificate.
It’s been about five hours, and only my private key has shown up…
This process usually takes an hour or so…
Could anyone pls help me?

Looks like it will require Admin.
You may want to use https://www.selfsignedcertificate.com/ to generate self-signed cert as a temp stop gap measure…

The page itself says it can take up to 24 hours.
There’s also a back-off in the sync to GoGetSSL. So if you created the certificate order some time ago and added the CNAME records later, it can take a bit longer for the certificate to appear in the client area.
Again, it can take up to 24 hours.
