I recently got a certificate from ZeroSSL.com. But when I try to upload the private key(with both the private key and the certificate chain), it says I’m not allowed to upload keys in .pem format. And when I upload it without the certificate chain and perform an SSL test, the result is this: SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)
How can I fix this?
You can’t upload certificate chains over the certificate on free hosting. If you want a certificate with full chains, please consider using Cloudflare’s SSL in conjuction with your actual SSL with the “Full (strict)” mode or upgrading to Premium Hosting as it supports installing a certificate chain.
