Ssl Certificate issues

http://bizdum.ga
Hi all, Sean here again. I just created that site above and I want to add free ssl certificate. However, I don’t know how to to. As you can see, I’m not using a subdomain.

I have read some articles here about ssl but none seems to work as I’m new here.
Can anyone including the admin please help?
Thanks,
sean

Try this, many have done it with no problems, work through the instructions and you’ll be good :slightly_smiling_face:

Is there a specific error message, eg: an error when uploading the Cert, or creating the CName records for the SSL?

All our SSL methods work exactly the same for new and old accounts.

Which methods have you tried exactly and where did you get stuck?

I’m actually finding it difficult to request ssl certificate after creating the cname records.
It keeps telling it’s not ready.

Now I’m able to pass all of that and I got another issues.

When I checked if the ssl is working using ssl checker, it says ssl has been installed. When I tried to search for my site using just www.bizdum.ga, it didn’t work. However when I tried https:// it worked.
What could possibly go wrong?

So that means SSL is installed,I can see the Green Padlock.
Try clearing your browser cache.
(Your browser caches SSL cert too, wait for cache to expire)

You must use a method to force visitors to use https like that.
Use .htaccess file, etc.
Just google about: force website to https
