I get this error when trying to install my WP on https://www.lvphan.xyz through Softaculous.
I installed/uploaded the SSL cert already.

I believe you can safely ignore that error and continue with the installation. Remember though, when the install finishes, you may want to install a plug-in like Really Simple SSL to redirect all of your traffic to the SSL version of your site.
