If you’re using Cloudflare, you have to add the records on Cloudflare’s DNS page for your domain on Cloudflare dashboard, remembering to click on the orange cloud only near the records with name _acme-challenge and _acme-challenge.www to disable Cloudflare’s proxy with those, then wait a while, and click on “Refresh DNS Status”.
