_acme-challenge and _acme-challenge.www is not stable. For a time for of them are ready and now only the second one is ready.
Can you please check if there is something wrong with my setting, or what shall I do?
When I refresh my DNS status, it shows “The nameservers of the domain returned an error.”
And would I get SSL certificates automatically once both of the above record is ready?

Your domain nameservers also point to ns3.epizy.com, ns4.epizy.com and ns5.epizy.com, which doesn’t exist and will not serve DNS records. Please remove those three nameservers from your domain registrar’s nameservers management panel in order to have working DNS records.
No, you would have to request them manually once both of the above records are ready.
