One reason that i can guess, is that maybe, you entered data incorrectly in CNAME records.
For starters, please note that this is an English language forum. Please write your messages in English, or at least include a (machine) translation.
As for your question itself: all you need to do is click the Request SSL Certificate button, and you’ll get the certificate within 10 minutes.
