I’m trying to create a SSL certificate on my website but it keep saying “failed” in creation step…

What I’m seeing is: failed status in SSL creation step

I checked our logs, and from what I can tell, I would say that the issue was caused by some kind of technical error at Let’s Encrypt.
I also see that you were able to request a certificate successfully later on, so I guess the issue was resolved.
