I was wondering if Infinityfree has a free ssl service like Let’s Encrypt in the cPanel? If not, can anyone recommend a service for ssl certificates that’s easy and is free for lifetime?

I believe InfinityFree only provide free SSL support, not the certificate. Cloudflare Shared SSL is your best bet, it is auto-renewed by them so you don’t have to worry about the expiry date.
EDIT: InfinityFree doesn’t support automated SSL installation as they restrict the use of automation script (see ToS)
