SSL not working

Error Message

Generated Private Key and Certificate through both Let’s Encrypt and GoGetSSL. Also tried Self signing. In all cases after I upload the private key and then the corresponding certificate I do not get any error. However in the " Install the SSL certificate on rockgarden.online" it shows that the certificate is not installed as per below screen shot.

Other Information

I first tried the GoGetSSL private key & certificate which didn’t work. Then I tried Let’s Encrypt private key and certificate and that too didn’t work. I didn’t get any error after uploading the private key and certificate.
Prior to trying these 2 I had tried self signing certificate by clicking on “Generate Key/CSR” however that failed to work as well.

i am also having the same problem. I created the cname records and created an SSL certificate. I then entered the issued certificate in the control panel. I’ve been waiting for about 30 hours, but it still shows I don’t have an SSL certificate on my site. However, I did the same on my other site and the SSL certificate was instantly uploaded to the site.

My site: aeklink.ml
IP: 185.27.134.60

See System Issues

System problems with SSL appeared a long time ago. So they must have been resolved.

I thought admin confirmed that system issues got resolved.

I agree that the system issues topic says it was resolved, however there may be a new issue with it.

Can you try following the steps in this video exactly?
Thanks

Thanks a ton for your response. Yes, I have done exactly as per video. Have tried the same multiple times. Also have tried with both free certificate such as LetsEncrypt and GeoSSL.

Unfortunately you might just have to wait for Admin. There may be something messed up. Can you please provide a domain so it will be easier for him to check?
Thanks

My domain name is rockgarden.online

Maybe try using win-acme for Let’s Encrypt or GoGetSSL’s site for gogetssl SSLs.

IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM
Please follow this flowchart.

The video:

Please do not post here is you are experiencing a none-SSL related issue!

Thanks.

Been trying to get this to work over the past three days with no sign of success

username: epiz_28117283, websit url: tedllanes.gq

I also have Err_ssl_protocol_error and I did changed it from https to http

Should i try to get an SSL certificate with Cloudflare until the problems are solved? Will I lose the current certificate I got from Let’s Encrypt or will it make things worse?

You can set Cloudflare SSL to “Flexible”. It will not mess anything up, and it is better than nothing. However, you will want to install a certificate on InfinityFree once the issue is solved, and change Cloudflare to “Full” for the best security.
Thanks

The same problem occure after moving the page to another account
( due to “Website IPs 185.27.134.116 down” ) - previously it worked for me:

  1. Domain Name: nowakosie.pl (Let’s Encrypt) and nowakosie.epizy.com (GoGetSSL)
    Username: epiz_28832280
    Verified correct CNAME
Verified Private Key and Certificate Uploaded
Status says “Certificate not found” anyways
  2. Domain Name: nowakowscy.epizy.com (GoGetSSL)
    Username: epiz_28831722
    Verified correct CNAME
Verified Private Key and Certificate Uploaded
Status says “Certificate not found” anyways

The same thing will happen because the SSL is down for all accounts, please just be patient.
Thanks.

This is an internal error, so just be patient!
