how do I go about getting it enabled? I know it says by default a self-signed one shows up, but it is not on mine.
Otherwise, if for some reason its not offered against how its being shown on the main website, how do I go about getting LetsEncrypt to work here as an alternative?
In order to make your website use HTTPS, you actually have to navigate to the HTTPS website. So if you try to visit https://mycoolweb.epizy.com/, you will visit the website over HTTPS.
If you want all visitors to always use the HTTPS version of your site, you will need to configure your website to do so. This article can help you do that:

That said, you may want to install a valid SSL certificate first before moving everything to HTTPS.
