I have two domain ssl certifcate is not been genrated but a private key gets genrated

When you are done with the NS (nameserver) then you can upload a Private Key. When you are finally done uploading the private key, then the SSL should be okay. But be warned, it may take longer than usual. Then you can upload the certificate.

Can you check the status of the SSL certificate? Does it still say “Pending”? If so, then nothing may be wrong, the SSL certificate hasn’t been created yet.

Also look at the status of the CNAME records. Do they say and stay at Ready? If so, then you can just wait for the certificate to be created, which should take less than half an hour. If not, then please verify you have setup the CNAME records correctly.
