Remove the
_acmechallenge.www.eldesayunoorganico.com. (this is very wrong) from below CNAME Record and then replace it to _acmechallenge.www
Same as the _acmechallenge.eldesayunoorganico.com (this is very wrong) replace it to _acmechallenge and wait for an hour.
