I had created a free hosting account for my account thestorylane.com but had not had the domain yet and was instead using thestorylane.epizy.com, today I purchased the domain and tried adding it to the account through Cpanel addon domain section but since the app installer wasn’t running and getting timed out, I thought it would be wise to start afresh. I deleted the domain from the account and deactivated it and then again created a new account this time adding custom domain but now its stuck on pending creation. I have changed the nameservers and the ping points to infinityfree server as well.
This outage is affecting the creation of accounts, please wait until it is resolved.
