I see you are using Cloudflare’s nameservers. If you’re using external nameservers, you also have to add DNS records for any subdomains you add to your account. If you use our nameservers, this happens automatically, but we cannot configure your domain name if we don’t control the nameservers.
Any website subdomain you create should point to the same IP address as your main website.
And as always, note that any DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to take effect.
