Hi and welcome to the forum! Try to remove and add the subdomain again under the “Subdomains” section of the Control Panel; if it still doesn’t work, I’m gonna make this issue clear to iFastNet’s support so they’re gonna get to work to solve this, as I’ve had enough of this issue.

I did removed and added again it dont work (its a sub domain of a sub domain, turtle.hosted.42web.io)
