I accidentally delete my subdomain and now I don’t know what to do to make it come back. Is my site is permanently deleted? But still there is file in ftp

Just open the control panel, select “Subdomains” and add it back in. Give it up to 72 hours and all will be working.
When you delete a subdomain or any domains in your panel, they will be just unlinked, and all the files still exist. You can add the sub domain back, without losing any files.
Remember that all the domain changes requires up to 72 hours to work, please try to switch to a faster DNS like Google Public DNS or Cloudflare DNS, and flush your DNS to clean the DNS cache.
