My hosting account with username - epiz_28892771 got suspended yesterday. I have submitted a ticket for reactivating my account. But the infinityfree staff replied me -: Ticket status changed to Closed at May 12, 2022, 4:03 am.
Again I have submitted my ticket and the staff wrote the same thing and closed my ticket.
Why my tickets are being closed repeatedly . I need my account urgently. Please help me. Please reactivate my account.

They said -: InfinityFree monitors accounts to ensure they do not contain any harmful content, and that they don’t overload the free hosting servers.

Discussing the reason for suspension here is not going to do anything. Admin will take a look at your account when he comes online @John_Thar
I have checked your accounts and found an Instagram login page. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for phishing, so if we find something like that, you’re out.
This means none of your accounts will be reactivated, and we do not want to host anything from you ever again.
