Is that file safe? If so, tell that in the ticket! Are you not sure why this file is flagged? Ask it in the ticket! Would you just like backups so you can move the site? Ask it in the ticket! Do you have any other questions about the suspension of your account? Sure, just put it in the ticket!
This issue is with your account and your account alone. This is a community support forum. Nobody here has any access to your account to see why it was suspended or do anything to help you.
