Table in Database is not created

I am trying to create a table with few coloumns. When I click on save button after giving coloumn details. Nothing happens. If I refresh page, it takes me to table creation page. Please help to create table in database

Did you do it using PHPMyAdmin?
Can you screenshot how you did it and what happened?
Have you tried using Adminer?

Yes I tried to use PHP admin and then tried to create a table. Below is screenshot.

I clicked save button but table is not created. How can I use Adminer… I am new to FE development. Kindly guide
