They all serve the same purpose.
There is no performance difference.

Currently, some free subdomains are blacklisted by Google and may appear as dangerous. Please keep this in mind.

It just took me a second to load and its fine.
Also note that subdomains don’t have different load times based on how long they are (well to an extent of DNS). The speed is the servers behind them
