First of all, please note that one of the things you posted is called the PRIVATE key. That’s because you’re supposed to keep it PRIVATE. That means never share the PRIVATE key with anyone. So definitely don’t publish it in a forum, ever.
I tried decoding the certificate but my tool says it doesn’t match the format of an actual SSL certificate. I don’t know what happened between the client area and your forum post, but the same may have happened to the private key.
Are you using some automatic translation functionality in your browser? Those may inadvertently try to convert the text in the SSL certificate, which it shouldn’t do.

Copy the certificate and click “Install Certificate”
Copy the Private key and click “Install Certificate”
Reload the page. If the two keys are still there, go to the next step. If not, repeat the first two steps

i clicked to https://app.infinityfree.net/ssls And I Choose GoGet SSl But Then I Copy The Private key with no errors it redirects me to eror page same as certificate page Or GoGet SSl Sending Error private keys or cpanel is not working
Go to your SSL configuration page (ex: https://cpanel.epizy.com/panel/indexpl.php?option=sslconfigure&domain_name=example.com).
- Now paste your private key in Private Key box and click Upload key button…
- Then paste your Certificate in Certificate box and click Upload Certificate button.
Let us know if you see any error message.

I just installed your certificate on iwog.ga. Everything worked exactly as it should, no errors or other issues.
I have no idea why it didn’t work for you, but both the key and certificate in the client area and the upload functions in the control panel are working fine.
