Upload the private key first, then certficate.

When using our Free SSL Certificates tool, please double check that the private key in the control panel matches the private key in the client area. If they are not identical, please copy the private key from the client area to the control panel and click Upload Key. The “Generate Key / CSR” functionality of the control panel is not used if you’re using our certificates tool.
