I don’t understand what’s going on:
I’m supposed to have ssl
I added it correctly but to no avail
Please note that “Private” means “Private”, so you really shouldn’t be sharing it (Or at least black it out. Please make sure the CNAME checks are correct, and that you are copying and pasting exactly.

I see the certificate is currently installed correctly.
You probably already know this, but please make sure to paste the key from the client area and click Upload Key. Do not use the “Generate Key / CSR” function, it will create a different private key which doesn’t match the one we created for your certificate.
