If you are using ZeroSSL, please revoke/remove the certificate and use GoGetSSL temporarily.

Which provider are you using? Did you copy and paste the certificate and private key into the control panel exactly how they appeared in the client area?

As @wackyblackie said, ZeroSSL is having some issues at the moment, so if you are using them, please create a new certificate using a different provider.
