i also tried removing all and having all of the key double checked

and then copy this to the correct columns right

i also did the CNAME and i also did that priv key with ssl cert and upload it same error

No. Please read the instructions, it tells you how to upload an SSL certificate if you already have a private key (which you do). And if you already have a private key, you don’t need to generate another private key.
Also, I just checked your control panel and it looks like you were able to resolve it yourself.

all good now i rechecked the fill up forms and re did them 10 times turns out the page was bugging i had my cache cleared and history cleared up
