Hi @BINGAO,

You only really have to options. You could use an FTP Manager such as “FileZilla” and change the file permissions to 775 or you can download your files via the online file manager remove the domain from one account and link it to another and re-upload the files using the online file manager.

Go to cPanel > File Manager > Select htdocs folder or your site folder and hit download.
If your htdocs folder was deleted, then there’s nothing to download!
You can :

  • Restore your backup
  • Create a new htdocs folder and re-start everything.-
