Additional information:
I’m 100% sure that is not hosted in other free website, I saw other two post about this here and they fixed it after admins took notice. Any help would be appreciated, kind of tied hands situation on my side. Thank you.

That domain name seems to have gotten stuck somewhere. It has been unparked now, and should be available again to be added to an account.
