I can not create account because

The domain name is already added to a hosting account on our platform. Please remove your domain name from other free hosting providers and try again.

Welcome! Have you used that domain on a different account, anywhere before? If so, have you deleted the domain from the account (Not the account, but the actual domain)?
I tried to create an account with that domain, but I don’t get the error now. Perhaps it was related to the outages from yesterday?
I can’t create it now though because the domain name is not pointing to our nameservers.
