When I upload worldpress themes the always show this link you followed has expired.
Try clearing the cache.
How big is the theme you’re trying to upload? Googling the error message lead me to some articles suggesting file size restrictions might be the problem. There is a file size limit of 10 MB on free hosting, so if your theme is bigger, that would explain the issue.
If so, you can extract the theme files on your own computer and upload the extracted archive over FTP to your website.

my file is only 12mb
As said by admin in the previous reply there is a 10mb limit for each file
