The MySQL Connection could not be established

I’m trying to install wordpress in my domain www.tuprimeraweb.es and I get the following error.
The following errors were found:

The MySQL Connection could not be established.
The MySQL Connection could not be established.
The MySQL Connection could not be established.
I have also tried to upload wordpress manually by both ftp and cpanel. Through ftp it is uploaded but afterwards through cpanel the file does not appear. the same thing happens if I upload it through cpanel
