The site for creating domain mail does not see Mx records, although a day has passed. the site says that you need to enter the value “@” in the subdomain field, but I can only select the desired domain and not enter it What should I do?

I am a bit confused as to what you are trying to do. You currently have a MX record pointing to “mail.ru”.
Due to the Russian attacks to Ukraine, it is recommended that you use software and services based in anouther location.
You can just set the MX records on the domain and forget about the @ subdomain. Some DNS managers need that, ours don’t.
I can see you have an MX record for mail.ru, so if that’s the provider you’re trying to set up, all is good.
