Try this
This error might be cause, when you are uploading a file which is exceeding the upload limit. The fixed upload limit on infinityfree is 10MB per file. This is for everyone and cannot be changed. You might want to compress the file a bit more?
@ishock, is this a new WP installation?
The official WP article (below), or the article that @KangJL should help. If you have a backup, you may just want to restore that.
@jaikrishna.t The “installation failed” error has nothing to do with the upload limit. Also, instead of compressing (which can cause issues later), why don’t you just unzip and upload?
