I have just bought a theme called pearl aland it is 66 mb big file i know that we can’t upload it from WordPress thats why i visited to file manager and try to upload theme but it always says 
how to fix it
Extract it then upload those extracted files one by one using FTP Software.

Sorry, but you can’t use files bigger than 10mb, If you want more, consider to get premium hosting
