Maybe there are some DNS problems going around with your ISP. Try changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1 or use a VPN to access the website.

My site CompuAdmin.epizy.com, hosted at InfinityFree, was resurrected after 48 hours and without having done anything for it …
I can now access from Chrome and Android.
